Who can buy the Eternity Heart Memorial Jewelry wholesale?

As the manufacture, we can only sell to re-seller’s with a valid resale certificate. If you like to sell The Eternity Heart, click Contact Us, and we can set you up an account.

2. Sign in to the ordering site. (New customer, click Create Account” to setup a new ordering account.)

What is the minimum order requirement?

The Eternity Heart has no minimum order size.

What are your methods of shipping?

The Eternity Heart is shipped via courier from multiple warehouses (east and west coast). We provide drop ship service.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Eternity Heart Memorial Jewelry will repair or replace any defective item at no charge.  Eternity Heart Memorial Jewelry does not accept any returns without a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. All claims must be made within 30 days of invoice.  An RMA number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department.  Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Eternity Heart Memorial Jewelry offers a one year limited warranty.  Any product found defects will be replaced with the same product within 30 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
